Good evening, beautiful people! The has officially begun and I can’t even express how happy that makes me! Today has been a great day! It started with a grande Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte. I was craving a little kick with my coffee this morn and the cinnamon was perfect!
I received a coupon for a free bowl of Perfect Oatmeal in the mail, so I used that this morning too. I topped it with the dried fruit and nuts and skipped the brown sugar. I really missed the PB in my oats this morning…it’s just not the same without them!
I had a special lunch date today with Bethany and Annalie! It was so nice to meet them! I bought a dottery mug from her and it’s perfectly me! She also gave me a bottle of her homemade vanilla! I can’t wait to use both tomorrow morning!! Bethany is such a sweetie! And Annalie is adorable! For lunch we met at Honey’s in Encinitas. I ordered the Turkey and Swiss wrap which was made up of turkey (duh), Swiss (duh), lettuce, tomato, avocado, sprouts and light mayo. Plus a side of fruit.
This afternoon a peanut butter cup might have jumped into my mouth before I had a chance to photograph it! And then on the way home I had a granola square to keep me going till dinner.
From the looks of it, dinner was a sea of yellow! LOL! Really bad lighting…well, actually it was pretty much all yellow! I made cayenne rubbed chicken breasts, garlic couscous, corn and some TJ’s naan. Oh and I might have had a vodka cranberry to wash it all down.
Your posts make me sooooooooo hungry! I got one of those free oatmeal postcards in the mail too! I can’t wait to use it! The cayanne rubbed chicken looks sooo good! Actually all of it looks soooo good!
