Sourdough English muffin, string cheese, banana and iced coffee with 2% milk.

Lean Cuisine spinach and mushroom pizza with grape tomatoes.

Cheese toast…I actually do like the cheese a little burnt. True story.

Two small shredded beef tacos. I so loved the shredded beef and will have to make it again! More grape tomatoes.

Food Journal

I made it to the WW meeting this morning and learned all about their new program. I’m not sure how I feel about it, but I’m going to try it out. Fruits and veggies are now all “free”, so that’s kind of cool.

I didn’t have time for a proper breakfast this morning because Logan and I were running late as usual. So I grabbed a banana as I was running out the door. No photo because I had a baby in one arm and the banana in the other.  Needless to say that by the time I got home I was starving. I had Lean Cuisine potstickers with rice along with some veggies and blue cheese.  I stocked up on frozen lunches when I when shopping this weekend. I just figure that they are super easy and brainless things to make. And right now I am brainless.

Snack was graham crackers and crunchy peanut butter.

Around 2:30 I decided that I needed 2nd Lunch. I thought I took a pic, but I guess not. I had 4 WW mini pizzas and a banana.

For dinner I made burgers. I topped mine with cheese and guacamole. Yum! Grapes on the side.

Matt and I decided that we needed iced coffees tonight and made a Starbucks run.  I paired it with a pumpkin granola bar and it reminded me of a pumpkin spice latte. Oh, I can’t wait until fall!!

I used all my points today plus 1 of my weekly points. I’ve been starving all day. Like serious stomach growling hungry.

Food Journal

So, I already ran into a snag in my plan. I purchased my monthly pass online this morning, but for some reason I couldn’t get the printer to print it. Ugh! So, I didn’t make it to the 9:30 meeting today. For a split second I thought that I would just start tomorrow instead of today, but that’s silly. I have access to WW online, so I have the information I need to start and I did!

Breakfast was a sourdough English muffin with low sugar strawberry preserves along with a banana.

Lunch was 4 WW mini pizzas, which weren’t half bad.

I also had some veggies with blue cheese and 1/3 of an avocado. I was originally going to have a salad and these veggies as toppings, but I hate lettuce and was dreading eating it. So, I just had the toppings and it was good!

I had to run to Super Target to get some stuff for dinner and grabbed an iced coffee with 2% milk while I was there. It’s tradition and you don’t mess with tradition.

Afternoon snack was string cheese and a pumpkin spice granola bar.

And finally, dinner was a big shrimp taco. I used one corn tortilla with cabbage, shrimp and chipotle sour cream. So good!

I’m having a snack of graham crackers and peanut butter right now, but no pic because I had to restart my phone and I didn’t want to wait! :) Looks like I still have 6 points left today. I feel like I’ve eaten quite a bit already, so not sure what else I should have. You get so many extra points to use when you are breastfeeding, so that’s a definite plus!
